Uniform Policy
Please read the BestStart uniform policy if you are unsure on what items to order.

Returns and Exchanges
Something not quite right? If you require a return or exchange please contact us via the below contact details:

Please include your order number in the subject line and reason for the return or exchange.

We will email through a returns courier label, please print this off and attach to a bag or box with the items for return/exchange, we will get the courier to collect when ready!
Handy tip - use the bag you received the items in as a returns bag, simply turn the bag inside out! 

All items must be in unworn, unused condition to be accepted for return. Please note we do not offer refunds on staff self purchase items. 

Shipping

Please select the correct shipping option for your order.

For all Centre and Support Office orders, please select "Shipping added to invoice".

For Staff Self-Service orders, you can choose either immediate shipment at your own cost or consolidate your order with your next centre order. Please check with your manager before selecting the consolidation option.

Orders are dispatched twice daily from our Auckland warehouse and are typically delivered within 2–5 working days via tracked courier.

Please note that while we aim to maintain strong stock availability, occasional supplier replenishment timeframes may result in extended dispatch times for some items. In these instances, delivery may take up to 10 working days, and we will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Items outside of the standard uniform range, including alternative garment options and staff self-purchase items, are supplied to order and are typically dispatched within 7 working days of your order being placed.

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

 
Plus Sizes
We offer a large range of sizes for all bodies.

Covering Arms and Allergies
We offer an alternative option for those who need to cover their arms for religious purposes, or those who have skin allergies.
