Uniform Policy
Please read the BestStart uniform policy if you are unsure on what items to order.

Returns and Exchanges
Something not quite right? If you require a return or exchange please contact us via the below contact details:

Please include your order number in the subject line and reason for the return or exchange.

We will email through a returns courier label, please print this off and attach to a bag or box with the items for return/exchange, we will get the courier to collect when ready!
Handy tip - use the bag you received the items in as a returns bag, simply turn the bag inside out! 

All items must be in unworn, unused condition to be accepted for return. Please note we do not offer refunds on staff self purchase items. 

Shipping
Please select the correct shipping for your order. 

For all Centre and Support Office Orders, please choose "Shipping added to invoice" 

For Staff Self Service, you can choose from immediate shipment at your own cost, or consolidate with your next centre order. Please check in with your manager prior to selecting to consolidate your shipping. 

Orders are shipped twice daily from our Auckland Warehouse and take 2 - 5 working days to arrive via tracked courier. 

You can check the status of your order on your account. 

Plus Sizes
We offer a large range of sizes for all bodies.

Covering Arms and Allergies
We offer an alternative option for those who need to cover their arms for religious purposes, or those who have skin allergies.
